Do you offer event planning in both Istanbul and Dubai?
Yes. Eventkraft has active teams and local partners in Istanbul and Dubai. We design, manage, and deliver events across both cities and throughout the region, with one team from brief to delivery.

Do you work with international clients?
Nearly all of our clients are based abroad. We understand the operational, legal, and creative challenges of organizing cross-border events, and we take care of all of them.
How far in advance should I contact you?
Ideally, reach out 4 to 6 weeks ahead for standard corporate events, and 8 to 12 weeks for larger activations or regional gatherings. But if it’s urgent, talk to us, and we’ll see how we can help.
Can you help with design, branding, and content too?
Yes. In-house, we provide creative direction, visual identity, motion graphics, and content strategy and can work with your brand team or build from scratch.
