Over the course of 3 days, we welcomed more than 900 guests to an experience that reimagined London at Raffles Istanbul Hotel.

Each room was designed around a different element of British culture— a tea room, a cozy relax corner, London street lights, a British pub or a red telephone box installation. The theme continued throughout the entire guest journey.

The Ask

Create an immersive and engaging experience that transports attendees from Istanbul to London, inspiring trust, interest and confidence in investing to Berkeley Group.

What We Did

We transformed the venue into an immersive environment, where every detail was designed to transport attendees into the atmosphere of the UK capital.

Guests began their journey by walking through a plane tunnel—surrounded by AI-generated visuals. As they stepped inside, each room told a different story: a cozy tea room, glowing streetlights, the iconic red phone booth, and a classic British pub.

Eventkraft really took a great time and depth to understand the concept of what we were trying to achieve, and came up with a concept to elevate the event. They've been able to transport London into Istanbul, tapping into the culture of Turkey but also capturing the same culture of London, UK. We're absolutely delighted with the outcome of it, the look, the feel, the branding has been on point. Throughout the process, it's been a collaborative effort and couldn't recommend them more highly, and we'll certainly be working with them again moving forward.
